Of Digitally Signed Documents
Uplix Tech’s SAP Digital Signature solution supports mass or bulk download of digitally signed documents, designed for high-volume enterprise operations. Once documents (such as invoices) are digitally signed, SAP enables batch selection based on configurable criteria such as date range, document type, customer, or posting status. The selected signed documents are automatically compiled into a secure ZIP file, ensuring data integrity and ease of handling.
The ZIP file can be downloaded directly from the SAP system and stored within the client’s internal infrastructure or designated archival location. This process significantly reduces manual effort compared to individual downloads and is ideal for audit preparation, compliance reporting, and internal record management. The bulk download functionality is fully integrated with SAP authorization controls, ensuring that only permitted users can initiate or access mass downloads.
